A lot happened. And then at the end, I was born. And misplaced…
I resurfaced toward the end of February. My parents took me in and later that next year, adopted me.
Those were my humble beginnings. Much was going on in music and in politics. It was a busy year. Weird that there is no record of where I was for most of three months.

Buddy Holly died in a plane crash (with Big Bopper and Rudy Valee?)..Sleeping Beauty in the theaters, Fibel Casto takes over Cuba, Alaska and Hawaii get statehood? Barbie created, Mack the Knife was a big hit, Ben Hur, and I just found this out, but the first confirmed death from HIV in the Congo….that 65 years ago, wow!…..space travel started kicking in to gear, the USSR crashed a spaceship on the moon, and the explorer the Pioneer 4 sent back signals from 400,000 miles in space ….1959 was an interesting year……and then of course, well, me!
