I keep trying to get myself up earlier and earlier…6:30 for most of my school and post school life was it, I would wake up at that time without an alarm clock, then I started shift work and that ended, but right now, about 7AM….I finally bought a normal alarm clock, and the iPhone is turned off, and kept nowhere near the bed….that helps the sleep
