About me

Andrea is a mid-career artist. She has been working as a designer, muralist, illustrator, studio artist and art instructor for the majority of her life.

Born in Canada, educated in Utah, life and art has taken her around the world. She has taught in residency programs in California and in Kenya. She has led several community art projects, written and illustrated three picture books. Her paintings have been represented in galleries in New York, Utah and Southern California.

She has four grown children, six grandchildren, and many grand pets (all of whom, she adores). She does a lot of yoga, paints daily, volunteers in schools, for art programs and for ‘Kids for Peace’ and hangs out with her family. She and her husband work and live on both coasts.
